Thrivemore is hiring a Dietary Aide to assist with preparation, assembly, and delivery of meals and tube feedings in a healthcare setting. You will support resident nutrition, safety, and satisfaction by following menus and dietary instructions.

Responsibilities include operating tray lines, labeling, stocking, and assisting with dishroom and sanitation tasks. Excellent teamwork and attention to detail are essential in this on-site role at our Concord community.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to follow menus, dietary restrictions, and resident instructions.
• Proficient in portioning, labeling, and delivering meals accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and deliver resident meals, snacks, and tube feedings per prescribed diets.
• Operate tray lines and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Portion, label, and stock food items and supplies at workstations or carts.
• Prepare cold foods and assist with basic food prep tasks.
• Assist with dishroom operations and cleaning duties.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas and follow sanitation procedures.
• Complete documentation such as trayline checklists and logs.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing food and supplies.
• Train new employees on procedures and safety practices.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and HIPAA policies.
