Job summary

Resident Salon Services in Massachusetts is seeking a Part-Time Resident Nail Specialist to provide manicures, pedicures, and hand/foot treatments tailored to mature residents in a calm, residential setting with no evenings or weekend hours.

We value compassionate, patient care and building warm relationships. You must be a licensed Nail Technician or Cosmetologist and complete CARES certification if required. A sign-on bonus is available, paid in installments over 90 days, 6 months and 1 year.

Qualifications

• Experience with older adults or in residential/healthcare settings is a plus.

Part-Time Resident Nail Specialist – No Nights or Weekends!

• 25% ($250) after successful completion of the 90-day probationary period. To qualify, the Employee must:
• Complete the required CARES certification (if applicable),
• Demonstrate successful adherence to RSS paperwork protocols, and
• Effectively utilize RSS systems.
• 25% ($250) after completion of 6 months of employment with RSS. The Employee must be in good standing and have adhered to all RSS policies and protocols.
• 50% ($500) after completion of 1 year of employment with RSS. The Employee must remain in good standing and continue to meet all RSS performance expectations, policies, and protocols.

If the Employee is not in good standing, voluntarily resigns, or is terminated prior to completing one year of employment, RSS reserves the right to withhold unpaid bonus installments.
