Job summary

Dove Healthcare - Superior is seeking a Recreation Assistant to support residents’ social, cultural, spiritual, emotional, and therapeutic needs through engaging activities. This role focuses on creating a balanced leisure lifestyle and enhancing well-being for residents in an on-site setting.

Current CNAs are encouraged to apply; prior recreation or assisted living experience is preferred. Full-time dayshift schedule includes M-F with every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Experience in recreation or working in a senior living setting.
• CNA or resident assistant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Help provide opportunities to meet the social, cultural, spiritual, emotional, and therapeutic recreation needs of residents.
• Promote and provide opportunities for a well-balanced leisure lifestyle.
