The Highlands, a Grace Management, Inc. community, is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to assist in delivering engaging activities for residents within a supportive, family-like atmosphere.

The role includes coordinating programming and operating the company vehicle for resident excursions to enhance residents’ lifestyle. Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma, strong interpersonal skills, a clean driving record, and the flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as

Qualifications

• Understanding senior citizen needs and interests to create engaging programs.
• High school diploma required.
• Physical requirements include bending, standing, lifting up to 40 pounds, and mobility.
• Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Administers / assists in activity programming from inception to execution.
• Follow established standards per state regulations and company policy.
• Confidential documentation of identified resident needs and problems.
• Help with event set-ups.
• Communicate with Life Enrichment Director about resident feedback.
• Chauffeur residents in the company vehicle for scheduled activities and church runs.
• Attend weekend, evening, and holiday functions when necessary.
• Assist in decorating the community for holidays and special events.
• Participate in and support resident-centered activity and life enrichment programs.
