Job summary

iCare Solutions (ICS) is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to provide clinical respiratory care and direct support in a residential setting. You will empower residents through ADL assistance, maintain safety, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires adherence to state regulations; shifts are long, with on-site residential care responsibilities and potential for overtime. CA license preferred, CEUs expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Respiratory License/Credential (California RCP).
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proficiency in respiratory care methods, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory care in compliance with Respiratory Care Board regulations.
• Administer respiratory treatments and therapies safely and effectively.
• Manage oxygen delivery systems and ventilator care.
