Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the overall maintenance of the property, service requests, apartment turns, and emergency on-call.

Qualifications

• Basic HVAC knowledge is required.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, and drywall is needed.
• Appliance repair skills are beneficial.
• Knowledge of basic residential repairs is essential.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment, etc.
• Available for emergency on-call.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property and perform service requests.
• Handle apartment turns and on-call emergencies.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues to ensure resident satisfaction.
