Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous housekeeping experience in healthcare or hospitality preferred but not required.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to schedules.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect floors and surfaces.
• Dispose of trash and manage waste following protocols.
• Replenish soap, towels, and toilet paper in restrooms and common areas.
• Collect and transport soiled linens to the laundry.
• Follow safety and infection control guidelines; wear PPE.
• Assist residents with minor requests and interact respectfully.
• Communicate supply shortages or equipment issues to supervisor.
