Responsibilities include prepping units for occupancy, cleaning common areas, maintaining supplies, and responding to resident needs while following safety policies. Strong communication and physical ability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Requires ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Must be dependable and able to work well in a team.
• Experience in housekeeping or facilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant units for occupancy with a professional appearance.
• Maintain cleanliness of leasing office, amenity areas, laundry facilities, and common areas as scheduled.
• Keep accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment.
• Provide courteous and efficient response to resident needs and management requests.
• Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
