The Scion Group LLC is hiring an on‑site Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and upkeep of common areas including the pool, spa, club room, rest rooms and laundry facilities. You will perform routine housekeeping tasks, assist with maintenance needs, and support residents with professional service standards.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 100 lbs.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED or trade school diploma required.
• Efficient in reading instructions and documenting labor and materials.
• Record of punctuality and dependability and ability to work under deadlines and weekend emergencies.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand 8 hours or longer and lift up to 100 lbs as necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the physical condition of the property according to standards; perform housekeeping duties (sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing).
• Sweep and remove debris from curbs, parking areas, walkways and stairways as scheduled.
• Handle resident requests with professionalism and patience.
• Notify superiors of damages, deficits and disturbances.
• Promote safety awareness to limit property loss or injury to residents and visitors.
• Adhere to health and safety rules and property policies; use appropriate tools and equipment.
• Undertake training related to job duties as needed; maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
