Job summary

12 Oaks Management is seeking a part-time housekeeper in Carthage, TX to help maintain cleanliness and safety within the community. You will work with minimal supervision to clean common areas and resident rooms, ensuring sanitary and orderly conditions while engaging with residents in a respectful manner.

Primary duties include dusting, vacuuming, linen changes, bathrooms cleaning, and restocking supplies.

• Able to work without direct supervision.
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to a philosophy respecting residents’ dignity, privacy, independence and individuality.
• Cleans rooms as assigned, including dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, bathrooms, etc.
• Cleans, details, and refills supplies for all assigned areas of the facility as needed.
• Maintains clean, organized work areas and stores equipment and supplies.
• Relates to residents in a courteous, understanding, and cooperative manner.
• Cleans offices and other common areas on schedule or as directed.
• Ensures all housekeeping supplies and equipment are labeled and stored properly.
• Inventories supplies and submits orders as needed.
