Job summary

Wilmington Management is seeking a Housekeeper to clean and service areas within the facility under supervision. The role ensures resident apartments, bathrooms, meeting rooms, lounges, halls and common areas are maintained in superior condition.

Responsibilities include dusting, mopping, polishing, window cleaning, trash removal, and restocking supplies. Must read instructions, follow safety procedures and interact with residents with empathy and respect.

Qualifications

• Reading and understanding written instructions for equipment operation.
• Ability to read printed materials and follow safety directions.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and services designated areas within the facility.
• Maintains resident apartments, bathrooms, meeting rooms, lounges, halls, offices and common areas in superior condition.
• Cleans, mops and vacuums floors.
• Dusts furniture and equipment; dusts walls.
• Cleans windows and sills; empties trash; arranges furniture.
• Scours and polishes bathtubs, sinks, mirrors and similar equipment.
• Replenishes supplies in all common area bathrooms.
• Polishes brass; cleans glass panels in doors and partitions.
• Maintains utility storage areas in acceptable fashion.
• Ensures cleaning cart supplies are replenished and in good order.
