Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cleaning & Maintenance: vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and mopping common areas and resident rooms.
• Laundry Services: washing, folding, and distributing laundry for residents and staff.
• Waste Management: proper disposal of trash and recycling; keep waste areas clean.
• Inventory Management: restock cleaning supplies and equipment; report shortages.
• Safety & Sanitation: follow safety protocols to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Team Collaboration: work with staff to keep the facility well-maintained.
• Resident Engagement: interact with residents in a friendly, respectful manner.
