Job summary

You will supervise patient care and business decisions, manage operations, budgets, contracts, and licensing, and coordinate with residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business administration, two years of long‑term care admin experience, and a state Nursing Home Administrator

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration or related field.
• Two years’ experience as an Administrator of a long-term-care facility.
• Current State Nursing Home Administrator license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the facility operations to ensure high-quality care and compliant processes.
• Manage day-to-day operations, budgets, and contracts to support long-term goals.
• Ensure all licenses and certifications for the facility are maintained.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to align care plans with resident needs.
• Provide safety and compliance training for staff and leadership to maintain standards.
• Act as liaison between staff, residents, families, and the governing board.
