Job summary

Coast Property Management in Seattle, WA is seeking a Community Manager to lead on-site operations, supervise leasing and maintenance teams, and ensure property compliance with all regulations.

The role includes reviewing applications, managing contracts, budgeting support, and handling resident inquiries, with a focus on delivering excellent service and safe, well-maintained communities.

Qualifications

• College education preferred (Experience will be taken into consideration above education.)
• Previous clerical/administrative experience and experience with office computers and software
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Supervise leasing team, maintenance team, and on-site contract workers
• Review rental applications and lease agreements for accuracy and compliance
• Ensure buildings comply with OSHA standards and government/environmental regulations
• Make recommendations to improve marketing and leasing programs
• Assist in annual budget creation and prepare monthly variance reports
• Respond to resident inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly
• Enforce apartment community rules and document disputes or issues
