• Support in the leasing of vacant units and renewing units; marketing, communication with current and future residents, promotional or community events, social media postings, etc.
• Assist in office administration and help integrate all major operating functions such as letters and notices, delinquent accounts, legal filings, etc.
• Own all aspects of the resident’s move-in and move-out experience
• Provide 5-star customer service
• Lead Generation
• Lead Conversion
• Customer Fulfillment
• Help the team achieve and maintain an occupancy of 98%
• Obtain a renewal retention rate of 45%
• Effectively use revenue management to obtain positive lease trade outs on new and renewal leases
