Singh Apartments is seeking a conscientious housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming community for residents and guests. The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and strong service orientation in daily cleaning tasks across common areas and resident spaces.

You'll vacuum hallways, assist with move-in preparations, manage waste, and support guest directions while following safety practices and reporting maintenance needs promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous professional cleaning experience.
• Detail oriented, dependable, and organized.
• Independent worker with integrity and good judgement.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum hallways and stairwells.
• Disposal of boxes left in corridors; prep for move-ins.
• Deliver packages to resident apartments when requested.
• Clean high-touch areas regularly (elevators, spa, surfaces) and take out trash.
• Build rapport with residents and assist with directions.
• Submit work orders for maintenance items as they arise.
• Assist with exterior cleanliness and curb appeal by picking up trash.
• Adhere to safety regulations when handling chemicals and cleaning procedures.
• Return carts and equipment to designated areas.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by Management.
