Job summary

CCMC, a community management company, seeks a Lifestyle Director to lead resident events, programming, and communications within our Hills community in Texas. You will craft a yearly events calendar, manage content for the website, newsletters, and social channels, and oversee budget and partnerships.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in event planning or recreation programming, 2 years in communications, and a Bachelor's degree in recreation, communications, journalism, or community development.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations or related fields.
• 2 years of professional experience with creating and managing communications.

Responsibilities

• Create, plan, promote and execute a comprehensive community events and programming calendar for residents.
• Develop content for community communications – website, newsletters, promotional materials, social media, etc.
• Produce, maintain and follow an annual budget for activity income and expenses.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with local organizations and businesses.
• Oversee operation of the amenity center including rentals.
• Develop and implement general policies and procedures.
• Administrative duties.
• Support community clubs, groups, and committees.
• Foster a strong, professional relationship with the Board of Directors.
• Public speaking and engagement.
