The Resident Experience Assistant will work closely with memory support residents. The assistants will work with the Director in the memory care unit. Must enjoy working with the elderly population and be enthusiastic, patient, creative and willing to learn and be a team player, Flexible schedule, weekends required.

Essential Functions

• Promotes all actives within building in order to improve resident participation. Follows schedule as written with minimal change and cancellation.
• May be asked to accompany the residents when there are activities or events outside of the building.
• Fosters teamwork with co‑workers, shows initiative in overcoming obstacles, positive impact on co‑workers, residents, and visitors.
• Performs other duties as assigned or needed.
