Job summary

Experience Senior Living is seeking a Resident Experience Ambassador to energize activity programs and enhance engagement for residents. You will help plan, execute, and adjust monthly activities, encouraging participation and ensuring calendars are distributed to residents.

In this role you will use Lifeloop for attendance documentation, collaborate with the team, and may assist with transportation and driving when needed. A friendly, customer-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in organizing activities or event planning.
• 1–2 years working with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate verbally, in writing, and through pictures when necessary.
• Able to operate standard office equipment and use computers/tablets.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate socials, games, crafts, cooking, movies, outings, and other activities per schedule.
• Collaborate with Resident Experience team to bring new ideas and encourage participation.
• Assist in creating and adjusting the Resident Experience plan for each resident.
• Ensure residents receive the monthly activity calendar and document attendance in Lifeloop.
• Support transportation to activities and maintain resident engagement.
