Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, launch, or operations.
• Experience supporting product launches or model year changes.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, and automation.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Willingness to work weekends and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the Resident Engineering function at the LGR plant and lead the engineering liaison between plant, Execution Zone, and stakeholders.
• Lead a team of manufacturing engineers and contractors to develop processes, tooling, and equipment for launches and current production.
• Coordinate activities between plant operations, execution teams, product engineering, suppliers, quality, and leadership.
• Facilitate weekly Resident Engineering reviews for priorities, timing, and support requirements.
• Lead all manufacturing engineering activities for new vehicle programs and model year changes.
• Define and manage changes including product requirements, tooling, equipment, and workstation layouts.
• Lead project execution from concept to production implementation with engineering teams and suppliers.
• Manage day-to-day performance of reports; coach, develop, and conduct performance reviews.
