Job summary

PKC Group in Greensboro, NC, seeks a seasoned program management professional to serve as the technical liaison between customers and PKC/AEES support teams. You will address technical gaps and ensure on-time delivery while coordinating financial, delivery, and quality information flows.

You will represent the company in customer quality meetings and participate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to track program status and quality performance, supporting negotiations for target

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of five years experience with account/project management.
• Minimum 5 years people leadership experience.
• Prefer eight years of electrical distribution experience.
• Prefer eight years of automotive EDS experience.
• Prefer previous role with key OEM/Tier 1 in CV or SPG.
• Print and Schematic Knowledge.
• Desk Top Publishing capabilities.
• Print Generation abilities.
• Familiarity with EDS engineering, CAD, and print management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and deadlines.
• Project Management—plans and executes with minimal direction.
• Design Change Control and Systems Knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Function as the technical liaison between the customer and PKC Group’s support personnel with on-time deliverables.
• Facilitate customer information flow regarding financial, delivery, quality issues and information requests.
• Represent PKC in quality-related meetings at the customer location.
• Participate in periodic meetings with manufacturing, quality and engineering teams on program status/quality.
• Support sales negotiations on target setting, objectives and final price settlements to meet business objectives.

Education and Experience:

Working Conditions:

• Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time, both domestically and internationally, on occasion with short or no notice.
