Job summary

WSP in the U.S. is seeking a Resident Engineer to oversee field teams, construction processes, and materials testing in California. You will plan and assign work, ensuring alignment with project objectives and Caltrans standards.

Responsibilities include resolving daily client-contractor disputes, leading construction meetings, and driving safety and quality across highway improvement projects. 12+ years of related experience and a CA PE license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field.
• Professional Engineer license in California.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, including 5 years on Caltrans highway projects.
