Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement recreational programs to promote resident engagement, socialization, and cognitive stimulation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify resident needs and preferences for activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community resources, vendors, and volunteers to enhance programming.
• Manage logistics for events, outings, and activities.
• Maintain records of resident participation, activities, and assessments.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and adjust as needed.
