Socket.dev is seeking a Resident Engagement Director in Marblehead, MA to design, assess, and refine a comprehensive activity program for a diverse resident population. The role ensures compliance with state regulations while fostering a supportive and stimulating environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience working in the geriatric field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with the aging process and/or disability issues.
• Physically able to move at least 25 lbs. without assistance. May be required to lift, push, pull and move equipment, supplies, etc.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, community officials and the public.
