Salary:

Targeted 10 month salary: $37,156

Brief Statement of Duties:

Responsible for developing aliving-learning environment in the residence hall to which they areassigned which is characterized by a sense of community amongstudents through the house model, personal developmentopportunities, effective staff performance and meaningfulinteraction with other facets of the University. The ResidentDirector is expected to work independently. 12-month staff willhave the opportunity to supervise other student staff and work withsummer operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree

Required Minimum Work Experience: One year of experience asa resident adviser or student service supervisor.

• Experience in strengthening inclusive communities andfacilitating/planning professional development on diversity withparaprofessional staff.
