The Alden Network in Illinois is hiring a dining room server to serve residents, guests, and visitors in a full-service dining room. You will prepare plates, beverages, and desserts, and assist with special functions while following dietary guidelines.

Must have high school education or equivalent, CPR within 90 days, and the ability to read, write, and speak English. Experience as a waitress or interest in the role is preferred.

• Knowledge of dietary procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow established policies and dress code in the dining area.
• Report concerns to the Hostess and assist residents during meals.
• Prepare plates, beverages, and desserts with attention to presentation.
• Serve residents according to therapeutic diet guidelines.
• Maintain dining room setup and assist with shows or special functions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
