Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a friendly food service team member to take orders, coordinate with the kitchen, and deliver meals to residents and guests. You will ensure satisfaction, perform bussing and side work, and maintain a professional demeanor with residents and staff.

No prior experience is required; training is provided, including food safety training as needed. This on-site role offers a comprehensive benefits package and access to DailyPay benefits.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must complete food safety training to obtain and/or hold any local, state, and/or county required food handling/sanitation licenses and/or certificates.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English.
• Basic computer skills are needed for POS system and payroll system.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations with limited standardization.
• Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Accept food orders, communicate to kitchen and deliver food and beverages to residents and/or guests in a timely manner.
• Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.
• Buss and reset tables and complete assigned side work.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.
