Era Living is seeking a full-time Food Server at the Aljoya Thornton Place Community in Seattle, WA. Shifts run Tuesday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, serving residents and guests with a focus on exceptional dining services.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset focused on older adults.
• Ability to follow food service best practices and support host/busser roles.
• Ability to take orders accurately and deliver prompt service.

Responsibilities

• Greet, seat, and serve residents and guests in dining room.
• Assist in setup, service, and breakdown for daily meals and events.
• Manage seating, take orders, and ensure timely service.
• Serve meals per established standards; handle to-go meals and delivery.
• Bus tables and sanitize dining area between courses; prep for next shift.
• Address resident questions and report feedback to Dining Services Director|Executive Director.
• Assist dishwasher with storing clean dishes.
• Follow safety standards and report concerns to management.
