Bethesda Senior Living Communities is seeking a dedicated server to provide warm, attentive dining service to residents in Sun City, AZ. The role involves clearing and resetting tables, serving meals, and ensuring a safe, welcoming dining environment.

Responsibilities include taking orders, stocking supplies, and maintaining a clean dining room in alignment with community policies. High school diploma preferred; strong interpersonal skills required for compassionate resident care.

Qualifications

• Must possess health certifications as required by local, state and federal health departments.
• Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and prepares dining room and tables for service and maintains a clean dining area.
• Prepares drink station and/or salad bar according to department policies.
• Takes orders for meals from residents with friendly and attentive service.
• Ensures drinks are filled and delivered as requested.
• Serves residents according to their choices with a pleasant demeanor.
• Maintains confidentiality and handles residents' information appropriately.
