Job summary

Addington Place at Cape Coral is seeking a Dining Room Server to ensure residents enjoy a pleasant dining experience. You will take orders, serve meals, and assist with delivery to resident rooms as needed.

Responsibilities include setting tables, refilling condiments, maintaining salad and dessert counters, and keeping the dining area clean. This role may involve photos or videos for community advertising and family-installed devices in residents’ apartments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Similar experience preferable.
• Ability to work in a team environment and flexible shifts.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to lift at least 15 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Takes resident meals orders and serves meals correctly and efficiently.
• Provides delivery of orders to resident apartments upon request.
• Sets tables with napkins and tableware.
• Refills condiments and salt & pepper shakers.
• Sets up and keeps salad and dessert counter supplied.
• Cleans dining room tables and chairs and vacuums dining room.
• May perform other duties as needed.
• May have their picture taken and image used in social media or community advertising.
• May be video recorded from devices installed by families in residents’ apartments.
