Job summary

Qualifications

• Dietary Aide certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• 1–3 years of experience in food services or a related field.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages to residents in a timely and efficient manner.

• Assist with food preparation, including labeling, portioning, and plating.
• Deliver meal trays to residents' rooms accurately and promptly.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of food and supplies.
• Collaborate with the dietary team to develop menus and meal plans.
• Support quality control measures to ensure resident satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
