Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Dietary Aide to prepare and serve meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will follow dietary guidelines, maintain cleanliness, and provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and reliability. No relocation required; the position supports a compassionate care environment with training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service or kitchen environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and leadership.
• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance.
• Capable of lifting 30 pounds, pushing 50 pounds, and standing for extended periods.
• ServSafe or Food Handler certification required by state law.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing salads.
• Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and portion sizes.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
