Trilogy Healthcare of Battle Creek LLC is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist in preparing meals and serving Residents. The role emphasizes maintaining a clean, sanitary kitchen and following dietary policies while providing friendly service.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; ServSafe certification preferred and prior dietary aide experience is a plus. Night and weekend availability is needed to meet resident needs.

Formación

• Able to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions including some calculations.
• Basic knowledge of attractive food service, sanitation, and safety.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the preparation of meals and beverages according to dietary orders.
• Assist with tray assembly and serving to Residents and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and store dishes and food items properly.
• Record sanitation and temperature logs as required.
