Benedictine Living in La Crosse is seeking a Culinary Services Aide to enhance residents' dining experiences by serving meals with warmth and attention to individual preferences. This role centers on delivering compassionate care within a not-for-profit senior care organization.

You will help maintain a welcoming dining environment, follow food safety guidelines, operate and sanitize equipment, and participate in culinary trainings to support residents' comfort and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service preferred.
• Interest in working with senior populations.

Responsibilities

• Provides a welcoming atmosphere in the dining areas for residents.
• Adheres to food safety and dietary guidelines based on residents’ needs.
• Operates, cleans and sanitizes kitchen and cafeteria equipment, and performs general cleaning and dishwashing.
• Actively participates in all culinary trainings.
