Job summary

Riley's Grove Assisted Living & Memory Care is seeking a dedicated dining services team member for a full-time 6am-2pm shift. You will prepare and serve meals, ensure quality and safety standards, and support residents with dietary needs in a caring environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining dining room service, assisting with inventory, and upholding our hospitality standards while collaborating with staff and leadership to provide excellent resident experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; six months of cooking and baking from scratch preferred.
• Ability to multitask with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Respect for residents' rights and dietary needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve planned menus in a dining services setting.
• Maintain quality standards in dining and kitchen areas.
• Ensure correct meals for residents with special diets.
• Complete dining room service including setup, service and cleanup.
• Assist with inventory and maintain supplies in common area kitchenettes.
• Follow sanitation schedules to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Support special events in dining services.
• Promote positive relationships with residents, staff and visitors.
