You will assist with food preparation, portioning, dining room sanitation and safety, follow dietary guidelines, and provide courteous service. This is a per-diem role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals according to resident dietary needs, schedules.
• Assist with food preparation, portioning, and distribution.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas.
• Operate dietary equipment and record temperatures.
• Assist with inventory, stocking, receiving, and storage of food and supplies.
• Transport meal carts and food trucks safely.
• Accommodate resident preferences and special dietary requests.
• Follow safety, HIPAA, and facility policies.
• Report issues to supervisor.
