Job summary

CareCore Health LLC in Cincinnati, OH is actively seeking a dependable Housekeeping/Laundry Aide to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents in our long-term care facility.

The role involves cleaning resident rooms and common areas, operating laundry equipment, stocking supplies, and collaborating with the team. Full-time schedule with availability every other weekend is required. Training is provided if experience is limited.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or laundry experience preferred, but not required, training will be provided
• Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the facility
• Dispose of trash and soiled linens in accordance with safety and infection control guidelines
• Operate washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment
• Sort, fold, and distribute clean linens and personal clothing
• Maintain supply levels and ensure cleaning carts are stocked and organized
• Follow all safety protocols and facility policies
• Cross-train and assist in both housekeeping and laundry departments as needed
