Job summary

Provision Living, LLC is seeking a Server to provide prompt, courteous dining room service to residents and guests in a senior living community. Reporting to the Dining Manager/Executive Chef, you will take orders, deliver meals, staff a section, bus and reset tables, and help residents with menu choices.

This non-exempt role emphasizes safety, sanitation, and excellent customer service. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and previous service experience in a care setting is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a senior living/community setting preferred.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Take written orders from residents and deliver meals and drinks.
• Serve an assigned section during meal periods.
• Bus tables during and after service.
• Assist with cleaning and resetting tables, including linens, silverware, glassware, napkins and plate service.
• Perform duties in a safe and sanitary manner.
• Assist residents with understanding menu items.
