Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Previous office experience preferred.
• Previous Nursing Home experience preferred.
• Culinary/food service experience in a health care facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize a variety of cooking and food preparation equipment and techniques.
• Prepare simple food regimes and modified diets per resident needs.
• Adjust recipes to yield the required servings.
• Test recipes and recommend changes to improve quality and appeal.
• Direct activities of one or more workers in meal preparation and service.
