You will follow planned menus and recipes, review orders for therapeutic diets, help with cleaning and dishwashing, and support the Dietary Manager as needed in a resident-focused kitchen. This is a part-time, on-site position offering an opportunity to contribute to daily resident care in a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Reviews food menus and work orders to determine type and quantities of food to be prepared.
• Prepares meals according to planned menus and standardized recipes in a sanitary manner to ensure the utmost in quality with a minimum of waste.
• Serves meals based on residents' menu selections.
• Reviews menus to identify all foods required for therapeutic diets before preparing food.
• Cleans dishes and cookware, as well as kitchen between meals when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
