Job summary

Reliant Management is seeking an Activities Assistant to work with our Activities Director in delivering resident-centered activities that brighten their days and enhance their quality of life. This is a direct hire: Full Time position with multiple shifts to fit your schedule.

You will provide companionship, lead activities such as bowling, trivia, and gardening, and encourage resident engagement while supporting memory-impaired residents with compassion.

Qualifications

• Companionship and resident engagement.
• Ability to lead activities such as bowling, trivia, gardening.
• Empathy for residents with memory or cognitive needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to residents and conduct the scheduled program of activities.
• Encourage involvement to ensure residents participate and are engaged.
• Assist in providing enjoyable and nutritional snacks; perform other duties as assigned by the Activities Director.
• Schedule: AM, PM shifts/rotations available.
