Erickson Senior Living's Charlestown campus in Catonsville, MD, is hiring a resident-centered Physical Therapist with weekday availability to support residents across their continuum of care.

The role focuses on holistic PT care, implementing personalized plans and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to meet residents’ mobility and daily living needs while ensuring compliance with Medicare and state requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree and training must meet current Medicare and state requirements.
• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license.
• Inpatient experience highly preferred.
• Experience and the ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered physical therapy to support daily living and mobility.
• Implement personal care plans focusing on residents' strengths, preferences and routines.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents' needs throughout care.
