Job summary

Hultquist Place Assisted Living in Jamestown, NY is seeking a Full-Time Medication Aide for the 2nd shift to support residents and the care team.

This non-clinical role follows NYS ALP/ACF guidelines and requires completion of in-house training prior to independent assignment. The position offers a $17.00–$18.50/hour base rate plus a $1.50/hour 2nd shift differential and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Completion of in-house medication assistance training prior to independent assignment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with self-administration of medications per service plans.
• Follow MAR/eMAR documentation and procedures.
• Observe changes in condition and report to nursing staff.
