Qualifications

• Vermont and/or New York Nursing Home Administrator License.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall operational, clinical, financial, and strategic leadership for the center.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and organizational regulations, policies, and standards.
• Foster a culture focused on resident‑centered care, quality outcomes, safety, and service excellence.
• Lead, mentor, and develop interdisciplinary teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Partner with residents, families, community stakeholders, and healthcare providers to enhance the resident experience.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve quality, efficiency, and satisfaction.
• Oversee financial stewardship, budgeting, census development, and operational performance.
• Support the growth and advancement of long‑term care and post‑acute services across the region.
