United Church of Christ Homes is seeking a Modified Full-Time Dining Services Assistant to support dining operations. The role involves serving meals, delivering trays, and ensuring dietary guidelines are followed in a resident-focused environment.

Responsibilities include meal prep, tray assembly, menu distribution, sanitation tasks, and event support. The position offers weekend/holiday differentials and a benefits package available after 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Serving meals in dining rooms and delivering trays according to portions and dietary guidelines
• Checking trays for appropriateness prior to distribution
• Assisting with daily cleaning duties including surfaces, refrigerators, freezers, and floors
• Preparing meal trays, food carts, dining rooms for meal service
• Distributing and collecting resident menus
• Delivering carts and trays to designated areas
• Performing dishwashing and cleaning procedures
• Preparing and delivering snacks
• Assisting in preparation, set-up, service, and clean-up for events and parties
• Following safety guidelines and ensuring a safe environment for residents and coworkers
• Protecting residents' rights
• Working every-other weekend with $2/hour differential and every-other holiday with double-time
