Job summary

Green Palms Health & Rehab of St. Marys is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide for day shift (6:30am–1:30pm) two days per week. You will support the facility's Dietitian/Director of Food Services and assist with service, preparation and sanitation as required.

Maintaining resident dignity, safety, and teamwork are essential, with adherence to all policies and procedures. Training will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Prior experience in a dietary department is helpful but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Serves meals following portion control procedures.
• Ensures meals are appetizing and served on time.
• Assists in daily kitchen cleaning and sanitation per policy.
• Prepares and delivers snacks as directed.
• Sets up meal trays and food carts for distribution.
• Delivers trays to designated areas and maintains safe work areas.
