Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to implement and evaluate the effectiveness of resident care programs.
• Patience, listening skills, verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills and respect for all people in the home.
• Flexibility to modify job duties for the overall good of the home and residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents according to policies and procedures.
• Promote resident engagement and opportunities for normal life pursuits.
• Participate in resident-centered care and team-based management.
• Perform tasks as necessary to maintain life in the household (e.g., assisting with meals, cleaning, transporting residents).
