Pine Haven Christian Home in the Sheboygan area seeks caring Resident Assistant/Caregivers to support residents in a warm, welcoming environment. Full-time and part-time roles available; shifts include AM, PM, and NOC, plus partial shifts. Every other weekend and every other holiday rotation apply.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and dedicated individuals, age 18 and up.
• Experience in caregiving (preferred but not required—we’ll train the right person!).
• A passion for enriching the lives of others.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to residents in daily activities.
• Help create a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel respected and cared for.
• Follow shift schedules, including weekends and holidays as part of rotation.
• Assist residents with daily routines and engage them in meaningful activities.
