Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Pass a background check.
• Compassion for individuals with physical and mental health challenges.
• Preferred experience in patient care or medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility and dietary needs.
• Administer medications and document accurately in compliance with standards.
• Provide individualized physical and mental support to preserve residents' dignity.
• Perform light housekeeping as time allows to maintain a clean environment.
• Communicate residents' health status with medical personnel and maintain records.
