Qualifications

• Document care provided and communicate with nurses and families.
• Monitor residents' wellbeing and report changes to nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs and mobility, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Help with meals, nutrition, and hydration as needed.
• Take and record vital signs as required and report variances.
• Support residents with transfers using proper body mechanics and mobility equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment and provide companionship.
